Antonio's leadership abilities were highly motivating when working with him as part of a sales team. He exhibited tremendous enthusiasm for the sales strategy and its processes, in addition to encouraging employees, and always taking the initiative to look for alternative ways to increase revenue, for example, by developing new product ideas for the company which it had profited greatly from.
